    Practiva was created to extend and scale the work of Academic Leadership Group.

    For years, Academic Leadership Group has partnered with premier academic institutions to support leadership development, organizational design, and strategic change.

    Through that work, a consistent pattern emerged: leaders understood what effective leadership required—but lacked opportunities to practice it in the moments that mattered most.

    Workshops built awareness. Coaching deepened insight. And, the space to practice leadership conversations in realistic conditions was largely missing.

    Practiva was developed to fill that gap.

    By combining advances in AI with deep expertise in academic leadership, we created a platform where leaders can prepare for the conversations, decisions, and dynamics that define their effectiveness.
